  • Apr.1946Company started as a fastener specialty wholesaler in Kita Ward, Osaka
  • Mar.1948Suncobyora Co., Ltd. incorporated in Chuo Ward, Osaka
  • Mar.1975First in the industry to inventory plated screws
  • Aug.1981Introduction of computers. Implementation of total computerized inventory control.
  • May.1989Established Higashi Osaka Logistics Center, aiming for updating and rationalizing logistics.
  • Apr.1992Introduced bar code reading at Logistics Center for unmanned inventory control.
  • Jan.1996Name changed to Sunco Industries Co., Ltd.
  • Mar.1999Computer systems updated using open source office computers NEC Express/5800/690AD
  • Aug.1999Opened Logistics Center #2 in Higashi Osaka

We opened the Higashi Osaka Logistics Center in 1989, as we wanted to be at the forefront of modernization and rationalization in our industry. Every item in stock is recorded in the database and controlled in real time from stocking, order, shipment to delivery.The Center is equipped with the very latest in automatic warehousing facilities and continuous packing lines. Near the Center are outside warehouses that feed into the system. The Center is an outstanding example of coordinated implementation of IT technology and the latest in logistics systems.

Nagata Center

A specialized packing warehouse, featuring a layout optimized for packing operations and high efficiency product storage, and a high-speed crane for storing and removal.

Rotary Racks

This setup allows us to sell at any quantity, down to even one screw or bolt! Customers who need to order a multiple of different items, each in small quantities, can get their orders filled quickly and correctly.

Close to Zero Defects

We have implemented a barcode inspection system at each stage of warehousing, from initial stocking, to picking, to delivery. Our aim is to achieve a precision, non-defect shipping rate of 99.999%.

Fast, Efficient, On-Time Delivery
